Here at Avalon Australian Labradoodles Because I want all my puppies to have the best Happy life with permanent Family Homes, at times I will invite family homes to become part of my future breeding programme.

I cannott keep every puppy in my home that I would like to feature in my future breeding plans,so I feel guardianship ownership is the best way to give those puppies the best life in a permanent home

I can then Plan ahead & protect all the years of hard work that has gone into developing  Australian Labradoodle bloodlines for the future.

This allows a family to have one of my adorable puppies with no purchase cost, a very special Pick of the litter Puppy chosen by me because of their special qualities, while they live as part of a guardian family.

So in short The puppy will be part of my breeding programme while living in thier forever home.

The Guardian home gets my pick of the litter,a top breeding quality puppy without having to pay.

A Boy would just need to be available to me for a few hours every now and then, a Girl would come to stay with me for about 10-14 days before puppies are due & stay till puppies are 6-weeks.

Families would be wellcome to visit & be involved in the puppies if they wish during this time.

This would happen only once a year.

I am Happy for the Guardians to be involved in the whole puppy making process & to come on this exciting journey with me.

Once the breeding period is over both the boys and girls will be spayed at my expence & returned to their family to continue to live out their lives as part of the family

Then I will sign over the Official  ownership & 5 generation pedigree all paperwork to the family, up until that point I would be the owner.

I would need to take the puppy to the vet for their various Health Tests for a couple of hours & return them later that day,If the dog passes all the tests then the puppy when mature will be the Father or Mother to future Avalon puppies.

If for some reason the dog dosent pass one of the tests then the guardians must agree to get the dog de sexed at their expence & once confirmation in the form of a official vet headed letter signed by the vet,then the puppy will then be signed over to the family straight away.

That dosent mean there is anything wrong with the puppy but maybe the results are not extra special enough to be part of the Breeding Programme.

The family would be responsible for the day to day expenses of the puppy, food worming vet bills grooming insurance .in their day to day life.

I would pay for anything connected to the breeding side of things while they are active in my breeding programme.

The only difference in being a puppy buyer would be no purchase price & me involving the dog in my breeding programme during a pretty short period of time.

Just as I would want to make sure someone buying one of my puppies would offer a good suitable home,i expect the same from a guardian home.

If for any reason I think the guardian home is not looking after my puppy properly I reserve the right to remove the puppy from their care.

The puppy raising quidelines are the same for everyone,& I expect them to be adhered to.

Gentle controlled exercise no up & down stairs.Soft puppy bones.

Good Quality food & keeping the dog at a healthy weight.

Keep Good Coat maintenance socialization & training to promote a well behaved dog.

A escape proof Fenced Garden.

To make very sure the dog does not ever mate any dogs

So No access to any dogs of the opposite sex that have not been spayed or neutered.

No L4 or L2 Lepto Vaccinations or bravecto to be given.Just DPH Vaccine to be used.

To keep me instantly informed when the girls come into Heat.

Do not leave them alone for long periods, & please involve them in your family life

Most importantly Give them Plenty of Love & cuddles.
